Course overview

This seminar offers the possibility of knowing how to organize a predictive and proactive maintenance plan, understanding which technique to apply, where and with what expected benefits. Through a series of practical exercises and discussion sessions between participants, it will be possible to immediately apply what they have learned once they return to the company.

The aim of the course is to introduce the participants to Predictive Maintenance through an overview of its different techniques through theoretical and practical insights.

  • Vibration analysis in predictive maintenance
  • The analysis of lubricants in predictive maintenance
  • Infrared thermography in predictive maintenance
  • Ultrasound analysis in predictive maintenance
  • The analysis of electric motors in predictive maintenance
  • The other non-destructive techniques of predictive maintenance

Length: in-person course from 9:00 to 18:00 (8 hours)
