AI MAINTENANCE

An insight into the organization of maintenance and its future prospects. We will also talk about Change Management, to understand how to bring change to the company by engaging people.

STRATEGIC ASSET MANAGEMENT

Overview of asset management methodologies and tools.

We will talk about maintenance business intelligence until we get to AI-driven maintenance.

TOTAL COST OF OWNERSHIP

Reducing costs with the same reliability: the goal that everyone sets for themselves.

We will see calculation tools and implementation strategies, to design the roadmap for the Predictive Factory.

MAINTENANCE OPTIMIZATION

We will see how to optimize existing maintenance plans and how to design new ones thanks to the workshops and the sharing of project work.

Our training is scheduled on Thursdays and Fridays to give you the opportunity to dedicate the right amount of time to training, without falling behind on work.

Classroom and online training
Alternating online and in-person training gives maximum flexibility, without giving up precious moments of practical exercise and networking.

Project Work

GOALS
The goal of project work is to directly put into practice what you are learning. You will be guided by our faculty to carry out a reliability assessment to analyze the management, technical and training aspects relating to maintenance, so that you can then define an improvement and optimization plan.

MODE
You will work on project work in a team with other participants in the course. This will allow you to always have a valuable discussion and exchange with other professionals, as well as consolidating your network. At the end of the course you will present the project you worked on to the entire audience of students and the faculty.
